Kathleen Kinney

Sales Associate

Office Phone:  501-204-5003

Mobile:  501-282-5404

My real estate profession extends back to 1983. I have always been in the profession on a full time basis. My advanced education degrees: GRI and SRES designations, and a Multi-Million Dollar producer.

My career in real estate started in 1983. I am pleased to say I started as a realtor (listing and selling), was involved in the

lending industry for approximately 4 years, worked for 8 years as a title/escrow officer and then returned to buying and selling real estate - my favorite part of the real estate profession. I have found it very beneficial to have been involved in each facet of the real estate profession as, with this background knowledge, it has aided me to better serve my clients whether selling or buying.

My other interests are in music as, currently, I am Director of Music and organist at Christ Lutheran Church in Hot Springs Village. I have played the organ and piano since age six, as well as having been a church organist since age 16.

I am currently on the Kiwanis Club of Hot Springs Village Board as secretary, the Optimist Club of Hot Springs Village as secretary, and I serve as secretary on the Hot Springs Village Board of Realtors.

My other life fascination is the world of miniatures. I have built 7 doll houses in the 1" scale and am currently working on several different projects both 1" and quarter inch.

I am truly fortunate to be a part of Southern Realty of Hot Springs Village. I look forward to many more years of working actively in the real estate profession.
